PE & School Sport Practitioner (Full time)
Salary: £23,000 -£25,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
To start in July/August 2023 and based in Skelmersdale
SHARES Lancashire is a leading cluster of primary schools within the North West. The cluster has created a unique company that has been developed by schools, for schools in order to provide a range of high quality services for children and families.
We are currently seeking a passionate and child centred PE & School Sport Practitioner to join our team. They will work in partnership with the SHARES PE and School Sport Lead Practitioner to deliver national curriculum PE, school sport, physical and mental health wellbeing activities as well as an annual program of competitions to our primary schools. The ideal candidate will ideally have experience of delivering national curriculum PE in schools, have a commitment to ensuring high quality services and opportunities are provided to children and families and be keen to develop their own knowledge and skills. The successful candidate must also have at least one level 2 from a recognised National Governing Body for sport, ideally holding a range of level 1 and 2 qualifications and/or will hold Qualifies Teacher Status.
